All payments made to the Yellow App Directory are strictly for these advertising and directory services.

Product Purchases & Vendor Responsibility

If you make a purchase through a vendor listed on our platform, including any transactions that may occur through third-party platforms like DHGate via the Yellow App, please note:

• Your purchase contract is directly with the vendor/seller, buyer agent, or manufacturer.

• The Yellow App Directory is not involved in the sale, shipment, or delivery of any items.

• As such, we are not responsible for refunds, returns, or exchanges related to any products purchased via these vendors.

For any product-related refund or exchange requests, you must contact the vendor, seller, or buying agent directly.

Non-Refundable Services

Due to the nature of our platform as an online advertising service, all fees paid to the Yellow App Directory are non-refundable. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Listing fees

• Banner advertising fees

• Verified or promoted listing fees

Once a service has been purchased and activated, we cannot offer refunds, cancellations, or credits.
